The Loop Restoration Process
Here’s what you need to know.
Individually Purchased Loops
Loops that were purchased as individual Loops at $2.99 cannot be restored to this platform. If you’re in need of these files, please email Chris@OrlandoDrummer.com and we’ll have the individual Loops sent directly to your email. Please include the same information that is requested on the form above, in your email to Chris.
Individually Purchased Lessons
Lessons that were purchased before July of 2019 cannot be restored on this platform. However, the content itself has not been removed from the website, and can still be accessed with an All Access Membership. If you’ve bought lessons from the site before, but have not yet tried a Membership, forward your original lesson order to Chris@OrlandoDrummer.com and we’ll see what we can do to help you out. 😉
What to Expect
Loop restorations may take up to 72 hours to complete. You will receive an email from the site as soon as your files are made available. If you elect to have your files sent to your email, the files will arrive via WeTransfer.com, and must be downloaded within 7 days.
